Do you have exclusive contracts for vendors?

No, we do not have exclusive contracts for any vendors. If you need help finding a quality vendor, we have several suggestions. The exception would be alcohol beverage service. We will supply the bartender(s) for the additional fee.

Is there ample parking?

Yes, we have a large gravel parking lot that can accommodate vehicles for up to 300 guests. We have handicapped parking adjacent to the entrance. We also provide shuttle service.

Do we need to get event insurance?

As with any event venue, you will be required to purchase event liability insurance for the day before, day of your event, and the day after your event. You can attach this to your home owners insurance. It is relatively inexpensive.

Is there a deposit required?

To reserve your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes toward your balance. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
